Jana began her real estate career on the coast in southwest Florida selling desirable beach front condominiums and homes. She developed her real estate knowledge and negotiating skills, and decided to join Coldwell Banker and mov to Lakeland in 2013.  After crafting a unique marketing approach, clients have grown to trust her with any and all real estate asset transactions. Jana's real estate savvy and enthusiasm for the pursuit of the sale draws both sellers and buyers to her sales process.

In 2015, Coldwell Banker Realty named Jana one of the Top 30 Under 30 Realtors globally, selected from over 86,000 agents.  2017 was also a landmark year as she earned the International President's Elite Award, placing her in the Top 2% of all CB Agents.  In 2018, Lakeland Association of Realtors named her Realtor of the Year & RealTrends declared her one of America's Best Real Estate Professionals.  

Success in real estate is not Jana's only aspiration in life.  Serving her community and helping those around her is cornerstone to her continued drive to provide the best real estate service. Jana supports local law enforcement and military veterans, by raising funds through charities for LPD's Fallen Officer Memorial, and CB Cares – a charity that supports local schools and businesses.  Jana also provides international relief through her husband's non-profit and has helped to build 39 Homes Haiti.

For the native Floridian- Marissa Tolotti, a career in real estate is much more than buying and selling houses, it's about the relationships built. She has a heart for people and with her proven record of leading with honesty, while continuously breaking barriers, she has become a well-known and trusted individual in town.

Marissa has lived in the USA and Italy, and can assist with English and Italian speakers (lei parla italiano). When she isn't making dreams come true for her clients, she is spending time with her family in both countries or exploring all this beautiful world has to offer.
